Steel components go through pickling and phosphating pretreatment before electrostatic powder coating, which improves adhesion and corrosion resistance. Galvanized finishes can be specified for cold rooms, humid coastal warehouses and semi-outdoor yards.

Selective, double deep, drive-in, push back, gravity flow and cantilever racking are fully mechanical and keep working during grid outages. Radio shuttle racking uses rechargeable battery carriers, so we size spare batteries to match generator or solar charging schedules.

For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for orders under 500 pcs, 3-7 days is standard. For customized models, delivery depends on quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (about 9 containers).

The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright frame. A main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is the continuation rack designed with only 1 upright to connect to the starter unit.
