2. What is your standard delivery time?
For standard size models with material in stock (under 500 pcs), delivery takes 3-7 days. Customized orders generally require 7-15 days depending on volume. We can complete 9 containers (332 CBM) within 15 days.
3. What are your payment terms and trade terms?
We accept a 40% deposit with the balance cleared via T/T prior to delivery. Common trade terms include EXW and FOB, with other terms negotiable. Credit card and platform payments are accepted.
4. Do you support OEM and custom rack designs?
Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM solutions tailored to your load weight and dimensions. Samples are readily available for material and quality evaluation.
5. How do you handle installation support and product warranty?
Every shelf includes step-by-step instructions. For complex systems like mezzanine floors, remote engineer guidance or on-site installation teams are available. Our products include a comprehensive 3 to 5-year warranty.
6. Which shipping ports do you operate from?
Our closest loading ports are Nansha and Huangpu in Guangzhou. We can also deliver goods to your forwarder's warehouse in nearby cities like Foshan or Shenzhen.
