What is your delivery time and payment term?
In general, delivery takes within 15 days depending on the order quantity and shelving design. Payment terms are 30% deposit upon signing the PI, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery.
What is your MOQ and sample policy?
Our MOQ is 10 sets (a good quantity comes with a good price). Samples are available at any time; we charge standard sample fees which will be returned during your next order.
How can I get a quick and accurate quote?
To quickly provide a quotation, please specify: 1) Item type and whether goods are stored in individual boxes or pallets; 2) Dimensions (Length x Width x Height) and unit weight; 3) Number of boxes/pallets per level and total rack levels; 4) Warehouse layout or floor plan; 5) Desired accessories (wire decks, safety bars, etc.).
How are the racks installed and packed?
A step-by-step installation drawing guide is provided for each system. Products are securely flat-packed using air bubble film in standard export cartons, with wooden boxes available upon request.
