What is your delivery lead time?
For standard models under 500 pcs, delivery takes 3-7 days due to stocked materials. For customized models, production usually requires 7-15 days. We can complete 332 CBM (approx. 9 containers) within 15 days.
What are your payment and trade terms?
Payment requires a 40% deposit, with the balance settled by T/T before delivery. We standardly use EXW or FOB (loading via Nansha or Huangpu ports in Guangzhou), with other terms open to negotiation.
Do you provide OEM/ODM customization services?
Yes, we have rich experience designing and manufacturing custom shelves, dimensions, layer thickness, and colors according to exact warehouse requirements.
What support is available for shelf installation?
