Product Description

To eliminate the human factor and ensure stable, repeatable results, Zavod Vesovogo Oborudovaniya LLC has developed an automated big bag filling complex equipped with a robotic arm. The system is designed for precise dosing and safe loading of bulk materials into soft big bag containers.

Most of the equipment included in the filling line is manufactured at our plant. Robot manipulators can be supplied according to customer preference, including brands such as KUKA, Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa, Kawasaki, or others. Borunte robots are offered as a standard solution.

The complex provides a capacity of 40, 60, or 80 big bags per hour, depending on the selected weighing method. Available configurations include bottom weighing with a belt conveyor, top weighing with pre-weighing in an upper hopper, and top weighing with pre-weighing using a double-hopper system. Additional layout options allow further expansion of productivity.
