Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 skilled workers.
What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for less than 500 pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, delivery depends on the quantity, generally taking 7-15 days. We can finish production within 15 days for orders under 332 CBM (around 9 containers).
What is your term of payment and trade terms?
Payment is 40% deposit, with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Generally, we use EXW or FOB trade terms, and other conditions can be negotiated. Credit cards and Alibaba platform transactions are also accepted.
Can you manufacture products based on OEM/ODM designs?
Sure, we have extensive experience in customizing storage racks, pallet racks, and steel pallets according to customer specifications.
What support do you provide if problems occur during installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. Our engineers can also guide you via phone, FaceTime, or video. For large mezzanine floor projects, we can send technical staff or our professional team to guide and handle the installation.
What are main rack and add-on rack?
The difference between these two systems lies in the upright design: a main rack is a starting unit featuring 2 upright frames, while an add-on rack is an extension unit designed with only 1 upright to connect to the main rack.
