What is your payment term?
Basically, we have two standard methods: One: 30% advance with order, 70% upon copy Bill of Lading. Two: L/C at sight. However, we are flexible and are always thinking to find a balance which is good to both companies. For any big order, we accept 20% advance for us to prepare steel coils.
What is your delivery term?
It depends through our usual production leadtime is 2-4 weeks. For standard systems less than 4 containers size, like traditional pallet rack, bulk rack, longspan etc. 3 weeks is just good. We prefer you to speak to our services for accurate delivery schedules. For large orders, partial shipment are preferable. We are so logical that we keep your installation going on while production continues.
How many color finishes do you have?
Here are some standard colors that are commonly used: RAL7035, RAL 5012, RAL5015, RAL5017, RAL6000, RAL2004, RAL1037. If you are a big volume buyer, we are happy to do whatever color you like, no extra charge for a special color.
Are you able to offer a customized solution for me?
Yes, in fact we are better known for our custom made capability. Just let us know what you are expecting from our systems, and we do the rest of job - the right job.
If I would like to build racks in my warehouse, how do I proceed?
We have many similar and success stories like that. Our people are trained to raise quotations in a way that you feel comfortable at. Possibly what you need is a tape and one of our specialists is there to talk you through the process including paperwork.
What is your packaging and container loading like?
The basic idea is that our packaging is designed to make both loading and unloading easier. Materials from your order are palletized accessible to a forklift. By listening to our customers who receive their orders at their end, we have been improving protection ability, stacking quantities, banding strength, underneath foot etc. - we also test packaging. All packages and bundles are neatly stuffed in a container. Air pillows are filled in the gap, making sure no movement is expected in transit. At the end of a container, metal wires are used whenever necessary.
