What is the material being used for your products?
The main material of our products such as roll cages, general folding storage cages, wire mesh containers, supermarket shopping carts, stillages and rolling ladders is stainless steel. Some may contain wooden or plastic material. We also provide plastic products like plastic baskets.
What is the loading capacity and surface treatment available?
In general, we have light duty (100~300kg) model, medium duty (400~800kg) model, and heavy duty (1000~1700kg) model. Up to 3000kg is supported. Surface finishes include galvanized, chrome coating, or powder coating upon customer's requirement.
What is your average production delivery time and payment terms?
Our average production delivery time is 2-3 weeks against formal order and deposit. We accept TT, L/C at sight, DP, etc.
Can you provide samples before ordering?
Our standard product samples are free of charge except for the freight fee. For customized products, a sample fee as well as the freight fee will be charged.
Is custom size available and can you design for me?
Yes, we specialize in producing according to your design, regardless of small or big quantities. If you do not have drawings, we can make the design based on:
