What is your payment term?
Basically, we have two standard methods:
1. 30% advance with order, 70% upon copy of Bill of Lading.
2. L/C at sight.
However, we are flexible and always aim to find a mutually beneficial balance. For large orders, we accept a 20% advance payment to prepare steel coils.
What is your delivery term and lead time?
Our typical production lead time is 2-4 weeks. For standard systems totaling less than 4 containers (such as traditional pallet rack, bulk rack, or longspan shelves), 3 weeks is standard. For large projects, partial shipments can be arranged to ensure installation proceeds continuously alongside production.
How many color finishes do you offer?

What are your packaging and container loading practices?
Materials are palletized and banded for safe forklift access and unloading. Components are securely bundled, gaps are stabilized using protective air pillows to prevent shifting during transit, and ends are anchored with steel tie-wires as needed.
Do you provide shipping support and product warranties?
Yes. While default pricing is Ex-Works, we provide competitive FOB or CIF terms using our commercial carrier relationships. All systems include a comprehensive 2-year quality warranty covering parts replacement or credit adjustments.
