1. Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers located in Guangzhou.
2. What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for less than 500 pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, delivery generally takes 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (about 9 containers).
3. What are your payment terms and trade terms?
Payment requires a 40% deposit, and the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card or Alibaba platform payment is also supported. Trade terms generally follow EXW or FOB, with others negotiable.
4. What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the upright structure. The main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while the add-on rack is an extension rack that connects with only 1 upright.
5. What if we encounter problems during installation or lack installers?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf along with free installation drawings and video instruction. If needed, engineers can assist via phone, FaceTime, or video. For mezzanine floor projects or large installations, technical staff and professional teams can be dispatched to guide and execute the installation.
6. What warranty and packaging do you provide?
Storage racks are generally flat packed using air bubble film, with options like wooden boxes upon request. All products carry a warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years.
